Quote and additional costs:
The quote includes all the services of the apartment, including: bed linens, 1 set of towels per person, parking and final cleaning.
There are no additional costs unless additional cleaning/services/linens are expressly requested.
Booking procedure:
The reservation requires the payment of the deposit, equal to 30% of the total cost of the reservation, by bank transfer.
The balance of the stay is expected 7 days before arrival, by bank transfer.
Cancellation policy:
The deposit is not refundable.
In exceptional lockdown and restriction situations due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the deposit will be converted into a voucher for a future stay, without any penalty.
Regulations:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets at Cambra Apartment
It is not possible to add extra regular beds, we can only add one/two baby cots (120x60cm).
